Day 01: Dehradun/Haridwar – Barkot
(approx 180 kms/07 hrs. Drive)
This morning, you depart for Barkot. Barkot
is a beautiful hill station which is located on the foot of Yamunotri. As you
drive through Mussoorie, you can visit the famous Kempty Falls on your way. On
arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel/camp. Rest of the day is free to
relax and store your energy for the hiII Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner
and Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
(approx 42 km DRIVE / 06 km TREK)
After breakfast, depart for Hanumanchatti
(40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). Here you will begin the First hill Yatra of Yamunotri
(6 Km trek). You have an option of hiring Palki or a horse for your trek. (Cost
Not Included). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of
conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs. On
arrival in the afternoon in Yamunotri, take holy dip in the Yamuna River and
perform Pooja. Return via the same route back to Barkot. Dinner and Overnight
stay at a hotel in Barkot.
Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi (90 kms, /
04 hrs. DRIVE)
After breakfast check out from the hotel
and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated
on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments,
Temples & Ashrams. In the evening, Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 04: Uttarkashi – Gangotri –
Uttarkashi (approx 125 kms/05 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Gangotri. Upon
arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called
Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century temple
dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi
worshiped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The
temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After
performing Pooja, afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner &
Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 05: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi by Road
200 kms / 08 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Guptkashi. (It’s
situated at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath) The town holds
immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient temples like
Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple. Have your dinner and stay overnight
in the hotel/camp.
Day 06: Guptkashi – Kedarnath -
Badrinath by Helicopter

capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT
LIMITATION
Maximum weight
weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight).
Passengers are
taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and
the pilot's call
will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their exact
body weights at the time of booking.
Exceedance of
helicopter weight carrying capacity will result in passengers getting
deboarded and
cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
OVERWEIGHT
CHARGES
Overweight
charges are applicable @ INR 1,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers
weighing above 75
kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight
above the total
permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible
weight = 75 Kg x
(No. of pax).
Any discrepancy
found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as
per the
overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.
Depending up on
weather/force majeure conditions, Travel Spree might cover the
Dhams
interchangeably. And breakfast/lunch can be arranged at either of the Dhams
or Sersi,
depending up on the time of departure from Sersi.
We advise our
passengers to keep one additional day at hand at Sersi, to avoid
inconvenience in
case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather
or force majeure
scenarios. Passengers have to pay directly at the hotel, in case extra
accommodation
needs to be arranged due to such scenarios.
BAD WEATHER
& FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
Flying in hills
are subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air
Traffic
Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force
(NOTAM),
sudden occurrence
of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the
passengers at the helipads, among others.
Therefore,
passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case
of such
scenarios.
AADHAR Card
copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of
foreign nationals.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
Travel Spree will
not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the
passengers.
Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly
consult a doctor
and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical
check-up is
mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.
If Medical
evacuation by Helicopter is needed, it will be chargeable @ INR 1,50,000/ Hr +
UCADA royalty
& landing charges + GST.
CARRIAGE BY AIR
ACT, 1972
The carriage is
subject to Travel Spree Services regulations relating to the conditions of
Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with
The
Carriage by Air Act,
1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is
non-international.
The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the
death or wounding
of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by
his registered
baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the
provisions of
sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage
by Air Act 1972
with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in
the Govt. of
India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to
time.

reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive,
intoxicated,
sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No
